Description
This Gym programme is designed as a full body 3 day week where the program is designed to target all muscles groups twice in a single week, finishing with a full body dedicated RSM (Raw Stimulus Magnitude) session where full body strength is worked.
Each session is 90 mins total, and is split for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday or Sunday but can be altered accordingly.
Gym equipment Required
Cable machine, Dumbbells, Squat rack or Smith machine, Barbell with weights.
This programme is for all abilities, gender and the outcomes of this programme is to facilitate muscle optimisation, and leverage strength from that muscle optimisation. Nutrition consultations are available at no cost when purchasing this programme with recommendations if needed.
Accessible through the App, performance is monitored and performance check ins are included weekly. You are invited to upload videos and photos for the purpose of form critique and support, Also person to person video check ins can be arranged.
